If you have had a bad experience with an online merchant,
you should report the fraud to the Better
Business Bureau.
Make sure that you have all of your information well
documented when you go to report your experience. This
may include, paying, and not receiving your goods, or
even mis-representation of goods advertised.
Keep track of the date purchased, the goods purchased,
the web site, and if you had any contact with any parties
of the store. Before going to the Better Business Bureau,
you should have attempted to make some contact with
the Company to stress your concerns and establish a
settlement. If at this point, you are not satisfied,
make your report.
